What to do if my puffer jacket loses its puff?
Has your puffer jacket gone a bit flat? Here are our best tips for keeping your puffer jacket puffy:
Note: Do not position it next to a heat source.
- Do not use fabric softener, as this can weigh down the inner fibres or feathers.
- Wash on the gentle setting with cold water and a mild detergent.
- When tumble drying, use the warm setting and add a few clean tennis balls to the dryer drum -- this will help puff the jacket up.
- When air drying, dry your jacket on a flat surface on a drying rack.
- Shake it regularly and turn it over to separate and distribute the feathers in the tubes as they dry.
Note: Do not position it next to a heat source.
What metal is your jewellery/watches made of?
We use 316L stainless steel in our watches and jewellery. 316L is considered hypoallergenic and does not tarnish or rust. It is hypoallergenic but not 100% nickel free, which makes it unsuitable for people with nickel allergies. Like most other stainless steel, it contains 8-10.5% nickel.
